In the case of licensed ministers who are serving as pastors, the recommendation for the renewal of minister’s license shall be made by the District Advisory Board. In the case of local ministers who are serving as pastors, the recommendation for the granting of minister’s license shall be made by the District Advisory Board. (225.13)
